"Builders" are people that design plans to create something new in many different ways... With this in mind let's incorporate the terminology of a "Builder", to correlate along side of the identity of an Apostle. Since one genuine but distinct mandate of an Apostle is to build people and cause acceleration to come to the people, Apostle's therefore must love to reform creation back to the creator. This passion comes from "The Christ", the pattern-setter, the Apostle, the Sent One. This passion of Christ is where the "Builders" progression and unique passion comes from. It brings and cultivates upgrade to the people of God by renovating their hearts and minds for transition! The "Builders" passion will never become unsuccessful in the ways of God because the "Builder" will continue to release momentum to the people. The time has come to reposition ourselves to stand and be made ready to receive the blue-prints of a Builder! The time is now to receive the momemtum of the kingdom!

Apostle Ricky D. Thomas
Apostle Thomas has been in ministry for over 26 years and completed his Doctorate work at the Muskegon Bible Institute, Inc. receiving a degree in Ministry in 2008. Apostle Thomas is the founder of God’s Apostolic Prophetic Restoration Tabernacle in Oklahoma City, OK where he pastors with his wife and co-founder, Apostle D’Andrea Thomas.
As a servant to the Kingdom of God, he has ministered in the United States and foreign nations including the Bahamas and areas in South America. He is a regional leader for InternationalMinistries of Prophetic and Apostolic Churches Together (IMPACT), a network founded by Apostle John Eckhardt of Chicago, IL. He has been ordained by Apostle Chuck Pierce of Glory of Zion, International in Denton, TX. Apostle Thomas carries the message of deliverance and operates in the gifts of miracles, signs and wonders. Apostle Thomas’ goals in life are to set the captives free and loose the displaced, hurt, and abused from bondage.
As an apostolic teacher he shares the wealth of the Word on many subjects. His passion for teaching is evident as he speaks on the importance of “fathering” in the physical and spiritual realms. In addition to his commitment to the Body, he is trained as a facilitator for the National Fatherhood Initiative program “Quenching the Father’s Thirst” and coordinator of the “Dad’s View” program sponsored by the Oklahoma Parent Information & Resource Center. As an advocate for fathers, he helps to strengthen families, build relationships, and develop skills and changes in the lives of fathers.
Apostle Thomas is a man of prayer and a watchman of the Lord. He prays fervently for individuals, families, cities, governments, states, and nations. He imparts the watchman’s anointing to those who come to sit under his teachings and tutelage. As a team-builder, he trains and equips individuals and churches with tools to transform their lives, their regions and to further spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
He delivers the word of God to people who have an ear to hear and a heart to receive the Spirit’s message in regards to the body of Christ. Apostle Thomas’ mantle as a reformer has brought about change in his life and many who seek to transition from a life of despair to a life of hope in God.
Apostle is known as a worshipper with the heart of David. He has set a pattern in the church where even the children love to dance with him before the Lord. He is the loving husband of D’Andrea Thomas, a father of five children, and a grandfather.
Apostle D'Andrea E. Thomas Apostle D’Andrea Thomas has been in ministry for over 22 years and completed her Doctorate work at the Muskegon Bible Institute, Inc. receiving a degree in Ministry in 2008. Apostle Thomas is the co-founder of God’s Apostolic Prophetic Restoration Tabernacle in Oklahoma City, OK where she pastors with her husband and founder, Apostle Ricky Thomas.
As an apostle with a prophetic mantle, she has ministered in the United States and foreign nations, including the Bahamas and areas of South America. Apostle Thomas’ passion for advancing God’s people is evident in her work as a leader and entrepreneur. As a kingdom builder, Apostle has aligned herself with ministries that promote God’s work. She is a regional leader for International Ministries of Prophetic and Apostolic Churches Together (IMPACT), a network founded by Apostle John Eckhardt of Chicago, IL. She has been ordained by Apostle Chuck Pierce of Glory of Zion, International in Denton, TX. As founder and CEO of Genesis Enrichment Community Development Corporation (GECDC), Apostle Thomas through GECDC, embraces projects that support children, parents and communities physically and emotionally. Apostle Thomas advocates for children and parents, is a spokesperson against injustice and teaches parents the skill of advocacy on the behalf of their family’s well being.
Apostle Thomas is a prophetic psalmist and minstrel whose nationally performed creations have been nominated for Dove Awards. As God’s artist, she shares her talents by communicating to others how to touch heaven in worship and thereby teaching students to develop an ear for heaven’s voice in all art forms.
Apostle Thomas has a powerful fervor to deliver God’s people from bondage and to break the Enemy’s grip wherever there is a stronghold. She loves working with leaders and participating in their reform as they create ministries that advance and expand God’s Kingdom. She teaches on Prophetic Apostolic functions and operations. She consistently encourages the body by telling them “words create worlds” and the importance of creating and sustaining an atmosphere that fosters growth, prosperity, and expansion.
As a watchman on the wall, she uses her prophetic gifts as intercessor and dream interpreter to prepare the church for ministry work. As a dreamer, she accurately interprets God’s voice for the distinct purpose of equipping the church for action and the edification of the Kingdom.
Apostle Thomas is a profound mover of God’s people with transparent sincerity that people seek out for coaching and mediation. She is the loving wife of Ricky Thomas, a mother of five children, and a grandmother.
